Arizyan

Our Story

Arizyan began in Rooty Hill, Sydney, from a need I felt myself.

It grew out of my experience in a previous, profit-focused business venture. When that chapter ended, I saw an opportunity to build something with a different balance — something shaped by care, individuality, value and the kind of customer experience I wanted to have myself.

There are plenty of vendors and importers out there, but I kept running into the same problem: either the range was limited, or finding something truly special meant breaking the bank.

Becoming a mum for the second time made that feel even more real. Disposable income became tighter, but that didn’t mean I stopped wanting beautiful things. I still wanted pieces that felt exciting, distinctive and a little indulgent, without needing an extravagant budget.

Named after my two kids, Arizyan became deeply personal from the very beginning. It wasn’t just about starting another business. It was about building something of my own, shaped by my family, my experiences and the things I genuinely cared about.

I wanted more choice, more character and more craftsmanship. I wanted pieces that felt memorable and special, while still being within reach.

So I started looking deeper into the supply chain. By cutting out unnecessary layers and mark-ups, we can offer a wider, more interesting range while keeping prices sensible.

But for us, value has never meant price alone.

We put a lot of care into every part of what we offer — what we source, what we decide not to stock, how we price it, how we present it, how it is packaged and how we look after the people who buy from us.

That also means being honest when something doesn’t meet the standard we hoped for. If a product arrives or turns out in a way we are not happy with, we would rather clear it at or below cost than protect our margin by pretending otherwise.

For us, maintaining the standard we want for Arizyan matters more than squeezing every last dollar out of a product.

That mindset is a big part of what makes Arizyan feel like us.

Most of our collection is chosen for one simple reason: it turns heads.

These are the pieces people notice, ask about and remember — pieces with presence, character and detail.

We also keep some simpler everyday pieces as accessible options, promotional items, gifts, or for times when something easy and versatile makes more sense. But the heart of Arizyan is in the pieces that stand apart.

And in many ways, that reflects me too.

Arizyan reflects a lot of who I am: rich in heritage, unapologetically bold, and never afraid to stand apart. I love craftsmanship and tradition, but I also love confidence, individuality and pieces with a little attitude.

We are still at the beginning of our journey.

Arizyan is a small, women-owned business growing from Rooty Hill, one collection, one supplier and one customer at a time. We are still learning, discovering and refining what Arizyan can become.

But I know what I want it to feel like.

I want Arizyan to be something different.

From one woman to another, I want Arizyan to give you the excuse to try something you might not normally choose — something different, something bolder, something that helps you step a little further outside the familiar.

Sometimes that choice might simply make you feel more confident walking out the door. And sometimes, it might be part of something much bigger — helping you say yes to an occasion, a moment or an experience that becomes once in a lifetime.

That is what I want Arizyan to enable.

And when your piece reaches you, I want it to feel like genuine thought and care went into getting you there — from what we chose to stock, to what we charged for it, to how it was presented and how it finally arrived in your hands.

That, to me, is what Arizyan should be.

Rich in heritage. Unapologetically bold. Made to stand apart.
